Live-in care worker would not assist with DIYS, gardening or other in-house structural adjustments. They also would not perform the duty of a district nurse, such as administering injection or dressing a wound.
Typically, a care worker stays with you for as long as you require. They are entitled to regular breaks and would alternate with a substitute Care Worker when they have to be away due to personal needs or sickness. In addition, care workers take short breaks during the day. Other than that, you have them to yourself for as long as you require.
